UK Delivery & Returns
How long is delivery?
Your delivery will be fulfilled as soon as reasonably possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped out, please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be delivered to you. If there happens to be a problem with your order then please email us at tastefulclothing1@gmail.com or simply pop us a message through our Instagram or Facebook page where we will be more than happy to help.
We are currently working hard to introduce faster processing and delivery times so be sure to stay tuned!
We offer an EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY
If you change your mind about a product or you find that an item doesn't fit right, you can return it to us for an exchange. We are happy to accept returns for an exchange within 10 days from the day that you receive your order. Please fill in your returns form that was included in your parcel or you can email us - tastefulclothing1@gmail.com along with your order number and reason for wanting to return. To qualify for an exchange all items must be:
• BE UNWORN/UNUSED
• HAVE ALL LABELS ATTATCHED
• HAVE NO MAKE UP, FAKE TAN OR ANY OTHER MARKS
Garment inspections are carried out on all items. If they don't meet the standards of our returns policy they will not be accepted for an exchange and re - delivery of the refused return will be at the customers expense.
*PLEASE NOTE - exchange can be a different size of the same item if available or a credit note of the amount spent. ALL RETURNS ARE AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.
If your order has arrived and is faulty - you will be offered a FULL refund once we have received the returned parcel. You will be refunded the cost of the item AND postage costs.
*We will contact you via email within 48 hours of receiving your returned parcel.
